You are the hands and feet of Jesus in an online setting.
Remember that some people may have never stepped foot into a church before but are logging on to McLane Online.
Do your best to engage in conversation, welcoming people as they log on.
Stay active in the chat by mentioning your favorite worship songs as they play, quoting lines from the sermon and sharing anything that makes viewers relate to you. Basically...don't be shy! ;)
Be prepared to reply to questions and pray with someone in a private chat window. If you don't feel comfortable or confident praying with someone, simply don't reply to the notification.
Side note: its okay to chat with other volunteers :) If it is questions about tech issues, praying with someone, or general concern, please keep those conversations in the host chat window.
